In this episode, I had the pleasure of interviewing Kareen Aristide. Kareen Aristide stands out as a passionate woman in helping people achieve their full potential personally and professionally. She combines over 20 years of professional experience in employment counselling, entrepreneurship, personal development and mental health.
She offers consulting, training, coaching, conferences and networking events as a certified Human Behavior Consultant (Level I and II) with Personality Insights and a certified speaker with Expert Speaker. She completed a BA Honours in Psychology (concentration in Health Psychology) and a minor in Neuroscience and Mental Health.
Kareen is the instigator of a women’s networking group called She Did It! Elle a osé! and owns l’espace PME, a co-working space and event venue for entrepreneurs and their families. She’s been married for 21 years and has 5 wonderful teens.
We talked about, the importance of self-care, the impact COVID19 is having on women entrepreneurs and what we can do to support each other and thriving the new normal.
